Online courses and trainings.

By submitting the registration form you sign up and confirm your participation in the course/training.

After you submit the registration form, Bitaliano will send you an invoice by email (unless you redeem a gift voucher).
Full payment before the beginning of the course/training is required.
Payment in two installments is also possible for group courses: the first installment before the start of the first lesson and the second installment half way through the course.
You are officially registered once we have received your payment.

If you unsubscribe up to 15 days before the beginning of the course/training, the payment will be returned.
Registered participants in group courses/training who are prevented from attending one or more lessons are not entitled to a refund of those missed lessons nor to catch-up lessons.
Cancelling or rescheduling during the course is only possible in the case of individual lessons.
Cancelling or rescheduling an individual lesson has to be done 24 hours before the lesson starts. In all the other cases the lesson cannot be refunded.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs of the students may be used in our promotional and publicity materials unless the student specifically objects. The school reserves the right to use all photographs in any way the school sees appropriate in promoting itself and the copyright to all photographs shall belong to the school.

Bitaliano reserves the right to expel students in the event of flagrant or continued misconduct and/or disruptive behavior without any refund of fees. There is NO REFUND of fees for expelled students. This policy is FINAL. Bitaliano does not allow in group courses that anyone is disrespectful to anyone, therefore any possible expression of racism, sexism, disrespect towards the religion or social status of others will lead to the expulsion of anyone who breaks this rule.
